Third transnational partner meeting (TPM3) in Belgrade on Feb. 3-4, 2026

The third Transnational Partner Meeting of the WAVE II project took place in Belgrade on 3–4 February 2026, bringing together partners from Italy, Germany, Greece, and Serbia to continue their cooperation on democracy education and strengthening youth social work in Europe.

During the meeting, partners worked intensively on the development of an international training programme focused on the transfer of democratic values through creative and practice-oriented methods. The programme will be supported by a video series and later implemented through National Trainings in the participating countries.

The consortium also exchanged experiences and good practices related to supporting vulnerable groups, with a particular focus on young people, women, and unaccompanied minors along the Western Balkan migration route. As part of the programme, participants visited InfoPark and met with representatives of the Crisis Response and Policy Centre and partner organisations working closely with UNHCR.

Despite ongoing political and financial challenges, the meeting highlighted the strong commitment of all partners to promoting European values, solidarity, inclusion, and human dignity through practical youth work and educational initiatives.
