Second transnational project meeting (TPM2) of the Erasmus+ project WAVE II
The second transnational project meeting (TPM) of the Erasmus+ project WAVE II took place from 9 to 12 June 2025 in Ancona (Italy) at the partner organization COOSS Marche. The purpose of the meeting was to take stock of the project, which was launched in September 2024, and to further coordinate the content and organization of the project partners. All seven partner organizations took part in the meeting, which marked an important milestone in the course of the project.
Agenda and contents of the meeting
Day 1 – 10 June 2025
After the travel day on 9 June, the official program began with a session on finances, administration and the interim report on project coordination (WP1), moderated by BAG KJS. JAMA NYETA then presented the ongoing measures for public relations and dissemination of the project results as part of WP4.
After a joint lunch hosted by COOSS and ANOLF, the project partners presented the results of their previous workshops and the concepts they had developed for the planned labs (WP2). COOSS took over the moderation. The evening ended with a meal together by the sea in Palombina.
Day 2 – June 11, 2025
On the second day, the focus was initially on evaluating the workshops and planning the next implementation steps as part of WP2. NOSTOS and IDC then presented the action plan and timeline for WP3. The first project phase was then reflected upon and the next online meetings and the third TPM in Belgrade were planned (moderation: BAG KJS).
The afternoon was dedicated to a practical excursion: the participants visited ANOLF and COOSS facilities that provide support services for migrants in Ancona. The day ended with a joint dinner organized by COOSS and ANOLF.
June 12 was planned as a travel day.
Conclusion
The second transnational project meeting in Ancona served to deepen the content of the project results to date and to strategically plan future activities. The presentation of the “Lab” concepts and the practice-oriented exchange during the visits to local support services for migrants deserve special mention. The close cooperation between the partners was further strengthened and important next steps – especially with regard to the next project phase – were concretized. The next transnational meeting (TPM3) will take place in Belgrade.
